Good sized room with comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Spacious separate bathroom. Thanks to the welcoming staff everything was nice, including variety ofgood food. Magnificent and unbeatable location including a boat dock close to the place. Greatly enjoyed lively area.

Absolutely perfect location close to main attractions and a boat dock. Only 15 minutes walk from Bangkok centre. Cheap restaurant and local meal.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Khao San Road and conveniently close to the pier for exploring temples. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, although not outstanding, satisfied our morning hunger.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated near the centre of old town Bangkok and right next to the Phra Athit pier on the Chao Phaya Express Boat route. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with a huge King sized bed and a balcony. Fresh toiletries are provided daily.

Villa Cha Cha Phraathit provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The convenient location allowed easy access to the old town's attractions and there was a 7-eleven right outside. I appreciated the efforts to reduce plastic waste with the refillable shower gel and shampoo containers. The free rental bicycles were a fantastic addition, allowing me to explore the city at my own leisure. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as slow Wi-Fi and limited lighting, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.

The staff was really helpful and always tried to accommodate my requests. The complimentary bottles of water in my room were greatly appreciated. the restaurant attached to the hotel had delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel's proximity to public transportation and major tourist attractions was also a major plus.

The shower area was not up to par. The water didn't drain properly, creating an unpleasant odor and making the bathroom floor wet and slippery.

Great location near river, cheap restaurant, helpful staff, free water bottles, late checkout.
